What is Vindale Research?
We’re an online market research panel. Since 2005, we’ve delivered targeted studies to survey takers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. We’ve paid out more than $5 million to our members and provided consumer insights to global brands such as Disney, Amazon and Netflix.
Does it cost anything to become a member?
No. Vindale Research is absolutely free to join. Certain types of product or service research opportunities may require that you purchase a product with your own money. But these are clearly marked and completely voluntary. If you do not wish to participate in these opportunities, simply skip them or opt out when you’re prompted to provide a credit card number.
How do I begin earning money for taking surveys?
If you’re not a member yet, the first step is to sign up for a free account. Once you've joined, you'll have access to all the ways to earn, including getting paid to do surveys online with Vindale. If you’ve already started taking paid surveys and other opportunities, please remember that some survey credits may take up to five days for survey credits to appear in your account. Once your account balance reaches $50 USD or more, you may request payment.
How many paid surveys can I take?
We get hundreds of fresh surveys daily! Feel free to take as few or as many as you wish. When new surveys are available, we’ll notify you by email. To increase your chances of qualifying for surveys, we recommend completely filling out your Vindale profile. We use the information you provide to find surveys that you are the most likely to qualify for.
How difficult are the surveys?
If you’re reading this, you likely have the basic computer skills necessary to take online surveys. For the smoothest user experience, we recommend taking surveys on a desktop computer with a good Internet connection. You may take surveys on smartphones and tablets too, but not all surveys are available to members on these devices.
What is your policy regarding SPAM?
Vindale Research has a zero-tolerance policy regarding SPAM. We will never sell or share your email address with anyone. Every email we send is CAN-SPAM compliant and will have an unsubscribe link available if you decide you no longer wish to receive email from Vindale Research. If you are not a member but do not wish to receive any email about Vindale Research, you may add your email address to our suppression list. It may take up to 5 business days for our suppression (do not email) list to be updated.
Why do you collect personal information?
We ask for your name and email address to contact you about payments and new opportunities. Any demographic information you provide to us— such as your age or geographic region—is used to match you to surveys. We never share your personally identifiable information with anyone and all survey results are anonymous.
Are there more help resources available?
Yes. If you’re a member looking for help, please sign in to your Vindale member account to access educational resources and online support. If you’re considering membership and have questions, connect with us by email, on Facebook or Twitter for assistance.
